True Food Kitchen is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen in Naples, FL. You’ll prep, cook, and plate dishes across stations such as Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill, with experience across multiple stations a plus.

We value exceptional knife skills, recipe execution, and a passion for quality presentation. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred)
• Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
• Passion for great food and quality presentation
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist

Responsibilities

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
