M Shack is seeking an experienced Cook to join our back-of-house team in a lively, high-volume kitchen. You will work across grill, fry, and prep stations to deliver quality burgers, hot dogs, and sides consistent with our standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook at grill, prep, and fry stations.
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
• Accurate, fast, and detail-oriented under pressure.
• Basic food safety knowledge and practices.
• Punctual, reliable attendance with a positive attitude.
• Food Handler Certification is a plus and must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock workstation.
• Ensure food is properly stored and rotated, with safe handling.
• Prepare food orders following recipe and presentation specs.
• Assist team to ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and kitchen cleanliness.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
