Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor food quality throughout preparation and service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team members and front-of-house staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation before, during, and after service.
• Follow all health department regulations and food safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or inventory shortages to management.
