You will join a professional culinary team, preparing fresh seasonal items, upholding food quality, safety, and presentation, in a hospitality-focused environment that values people as much as cuisine.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of professional line cook experience and/or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with daily food preparation and station setup.
• Create hot entrées, vegetables, sandwiches, and other menu offerings.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Accommodate special dietary requests and resident preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Collaborate with culinary team to deliver exceptional service.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
