Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cooking experience.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
• Experience in maintaining a safe working condition.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
• Assist Chef/Kitchen Manager with set-up and preparation for all outlets on the property.
• Carefully follows standard recipes while preparing all items.
• Assists with monthly food/supplies inventory.
• Maintains equipment and sanitation of all food prep and storage areas.
• Performs cleanup and sanitation duties for all food facilities as directed by the Chef/Kitchen Manager.
• Sorts and rinses utensils and dishes; transports clean items to proper storage.
• Distributes food and supplies across food outlets as needed.
• Complies with Department of Health regulations and company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
