Job summary
Flanigan’s in Surfside, FL is seeking talented cooks to join our back-of-house team, delivering from-scratch dishes in a high-energy kitchen. You will follow recipe manuals, maintain station readiness, and help move orders from kitchen to guests with speed.

Qualifications
- Able to work flexible shift schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand/walk 100% of shift.
- Ability to speak, read and write English.
- Must be able to read recipes and food labels.
- Able to read POS ticket orders and communicate times.
Responsibilities
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies and training.
- Prepares menu items according to Flanigan’s recipe manual and plate presentation.
- Ensures rotation and stocking to par levels.
- Completes assigned prep work and sets up stations.
- Transports items within kitchen and assists with deliveries.
- Cleans and maintains kitchen area; breaks down stations at closing.
