Job summary

Dave & Buster's/Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook in Clarksville, TN. You will prep and cook menu items to recipe standards, ensuring food quality and guest satisfaction.

Role requires at least 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience, compliance with safety regulations, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Join a team focused on great food and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of Line Cook and/or Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification, as required.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes standards
• Helping minimize food waste by creating proper portions, staying vigilant for ticket errors, and communicating with expo
• Partnering with the service team to ensure food is accurate, delivered fresh and in a timely manner
• Adhering to all company and health department food safety procedures
• Properly and safely operating kitchen equipment
• Maintaining a clean and stocked station before, during and after each shift
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned
