Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Line Cook or Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification.
• Able to follow uniform standards and safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication with Management and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking menu items to recipes and standards.
• Minimize food waste by proper portions and reducing ticket errors; communicate with expo.
• Partner with service team to ensure food is accurate and delivered fresh and timely.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and stocked station before, during, and after shifts.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.
