You will prep, cook, and plate items to our standards and work closely with the service team to keep stations stocked and on time. This role requires at least 6 months of line or prep cook experience, the ability to work under pressure, and availability on days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Line Cook or Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years old; Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Compliance with uniform standards.
• Ability to create a memorable guest experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication with management, team members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prep and cook all menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Minimize food waste by proper portions and monitoring ticket accuracy.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure fresh, timely delivery.
• Follow all safety procedures and proper kitchen equipment use.
• Maintain an organized, stocked station before, during, and after shifts.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.
