Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Murray, UT is hiring Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Partie and Station Chefs. Training is provided with no prior experience required. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen and help prepare dishes to our standards.

Pay ranges from $17.50 to $21.50 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include flexible scheduling, employee discounts, and opportunities for advancement. We are hiring immediate for full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required; we will train you.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we help you obtain it.
• Love for food with attention to weights, measurements and volumes.
• Ability to learn menu and recipes.
• Strong customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down and clean kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes and cleaning duties as needed.
• Uphold kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
