Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in Orem, UT is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $21.50 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Training is provided and a strong emphasis on food safety and teamwork is maintained in a fast-paced kitchen. Flexible scheduling and discounted meals are offered, along with benefits for qualifying team members.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Good understanding of weights, measurements and cooking volumes.
• Ability to learn menu items and recipes.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate foods as directed by the chef.
• Set up, operate, break down and clean kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping, mopping and sanitation as needed.
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
