Job summary

PF. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Maumee, OH is hiring Line Cook, Wok Cook, Cook, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef to prepare food per recipes while following safety and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced kitchen.

We offer immediate full-time and part-time hourly roles with pay between $17.00 and $21.00 per hour, plus flexible scheduling, paid on-the-job training, meal discounts, advancement opportunities, and benefits for qualifying team members.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must have a Food Handler's Card where applicable, or we will help obtain one.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work varying shifts.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef's guidance.
• Setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, and maintaining equipment.
• Uphold kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
