P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for Line Cooks and related kitchen roles in Dayton, OH. We offer flexible shifts, training, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive, team-driven environment.

As a Line Cook, Wok Cook, or Chef De Partie you will prepare dishes to our recipes, maintain sanitation, and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Prior experience is not required; we train and promote from within.

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or assistance to obtain one.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods according to chef’s guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing utensils as needed.
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards.
