Torchy’s Tacos in Dallas, TX is hiring a Line Cook – Fry, Grill, Sauté, Steam, Taco to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare and cook across fry, grill, sauté, and steam stations, assemble tacos, and ensure food safety and quality from scratch.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean workstation, collaborating with BOH teammates, and adapting to busy service periods. Certification requirements and flexible hours apply.

Qualifications

• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s certification.
• Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred.
• Availability for varied schedules and hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook ingredients on fry, grill, sauté, and steam stations.
• Fry, grill, sauté, steam, and assemble tacos to order.
• Monitor quality and presentation of each dish.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Collaborate with BOH team to ensure timely preparation and service.
• Assist with inventory and prep for service.
