Job summary

Torchy’s Tacos is seeking a Line Cook in Frisco, TX to work across fry, grill, sauté, steam, and taco assembly stations. You’ll prepare diverse ingredients, maintain quality, and ensure food safety in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s certification.
• Previous experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep at fry, grill, sauté, and steam stations according to Torchy’s recipes and standards.
• Monitor quality and presentation of each dish before serving.
• Maintain a clean, organized station with proper food safety practices.
• Collaborate with BOH team to ensure timely and correct food preparation.
• Assist with inventory and stocking to keep kitchen ready for service.
• Work efficiently during high-volume periods while upholding quality.
