P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Line Cook, Wok Cook, Cook, Chef De Partie or Station Chef to prepare food according to our established recipes and safety standards. The role involves following procedures and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

We offer paid on-the-job training, flexible scheduling and competitive pay in the $18.00-$22.00 per hour range, based on experience. Previous experience isn’t required, and we promote from within where possible.

Qualificações

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Food Handler’s Card required where applicable, or we help you obtain one.
• Love for food with attention to weights, measurements and volumes.
• Ability to learn the restaurant menu and recipes.
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the kitchen.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
• Plates prepared foods based on chef’s guidance
• Setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
• May need to assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils
• Uphold high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
