The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Savannah, GA is seeking a line cook to uphold high standards in a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare, stock, and plate dishes while working as part of a team to deliver a memorable dining experience.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of line cook or kitchen prep experience, can read basic cooking directions, communicate with managers and staff, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Two years' experience in kitchen prep and line cook role.
• Read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Communicate effectively with managers, staff and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, stock, and maintain high quality cuisine per standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and follow safety rules.
• Close the kitchen properly and assist others in closing.
• Report shortages, equipment issues or quality problems to Chef.
