Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs in Schaumburg, IL. Roles are available full-time and part-time with hourly pay and benefits.

You will prepare and cook items per recipes, assist with kitchen duties, and help maintain safety standards. No prior experience is required for many positions; training is provided. A Food Handler’s Card may be required, and you should be comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you.
• Must have or obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Basic cooking measurements, weights and volumes understanding.
• Willingness to learn restaurant menu and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down and clean kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, and sanitation.
• Maintain high kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
