P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs at our Northlake, IL location. No experience is required as training is provided; individuals with a passion for cooking are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Have a Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we’ll help you obtain.
• Love for food with attention to detail on weights, measurements & volumes.
• Able to learn restaurant menu & recipes.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals used in the kitchen.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to our specifications.
• Plate prepared foods according to chef’s guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean all kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors and sanitizing utensils.
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
