P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediate full-time and part-time hourly Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs in Eugene, OR. You’ll prepare and cook foods per recipes and safety guidelines, with training provided and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required – on-the-job training provided.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or assistance to obtain.
• Love for food with attention to weights, measurements, and volumes.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals used in the building.
• Excellent customer service and proper etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance.
• Setup, operate, break down, and clean kitchen equipment.
• May assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and sanitizing utensils.
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
