P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for kitchen roles including Line Cook, Wok Cook, Cook, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef.

You will prepare foods to established recipes and follow safety and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. We train you with no prior experience required. Qualifications

• A love for food with an eye for detail and cooking; knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean all kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils.
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards.
