Qualifikationen

• Prior cooking experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Station experience across Flat Top, Grill, Broil, Fry, Pasta, Sauté, Salad, Pizza, Pantry, Appetizer, Oven or Prep is ideal.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and back-of-house operations.
• Reliable and punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Prepare recipes efficiently using various cooking methods and techniques.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements for consistent results.
• Demonstrate knife skills including chopping, dicing and slicing.
• Ensure order accuracy through mise en place, portioning, and correct temperatures.

• Support opening/closing duties and station setup/breakdown.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and allergy awareness.
• Work well under pressure with speed and urgency.
• Communicate clearly to support teamwork.
