Santa Claran is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, following our recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines. You will work with the kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized station and ensure prompt, delicious meals for guests.

The role requires ability to multitask, strong teamwork, and adherence to food safety regulations. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a professional kitchen or food service.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Culinary school training or certification.
• Experience with grilling, sautéing, or frying.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and allergen management.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is presented attractively and meets portion control guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and timely service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Assist with inventory management by reporting low stock and helping with deliveries.
• Adapt to changing menu items and special dietary requests as needed.
• Participate in daily kitchen setup and closing duties to ensure readiness and cleanliness.
