Job summary

Great Wolf is seeking a Restaurant Line Cook to join a fast-paced team in Scottsdale. You will prepare dishes according to recipes, maintain cleanliness, and ensure high quality for guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of previous cook experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to operate POS and Kitchen Display System.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods per recipes and adjust flavors as directed.
• Follow sanitation standards and maintain clean work areas.
• Execute orders promptly while handling multiple tickets.
• Assist Chef and Sous Chef with prep, stocking and station setup.
• End of shift clean and proper storage of leftovers.
