Great Wolf Lodge in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Prep/Pantry Cook to join our kitchen team. The role involves fast-paced food preparation for guests, with pay of $20.50 per hour. We offer full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling to fit your needs and our guests’ demands.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of cook experience in a similar environment is required.
• Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation to ensure a clean environment.
• Ability to operate POS systems and Kitchen Display System.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must obtain local/state food handling permits and ServSafe certification as required.
• Criminal background check and drug screen must be cleared.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow all department operating procedures and logs.
• Prepare food items per recipe and standards.
• Support various kitchen stations (Pantry, Buffet, Dessert) as needed.
• Manage inventory, supply levels, and ordering.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety compliance.
• Assist Sous Chef and kitchen leadership as needed.
• End-of-shift check-out with culinary leadership.
