Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is hiring a Restaurant Line Cook to join a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen team. You will prepare food according to recipes from the executive chef and ensure quality aligns with our hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of cook experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation.
• Ability to operate POS and Kitchen Display System.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain local/state food handling permits; ServSafe certification.
• Successful background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and complete daily logs.
• Ensure compliance with food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare food items per recipes and adjust for flavor.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to complete prep and shifts.
• Maintain inventory and restock as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment.
• Assist the Sous Chef and other leadership.
• End-of-shift handoff with culinary leader.
