Qualifications

• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, standards, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work with kitchen and front-of-house team for timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth operations.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
