No prior experience is required, but any line cook background is a plus. The role involves standing many hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and thriving in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portions, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
