JDK Management Company is seeking a Prep Cook to support our busy kitchen and ensure every dish meets standards. You will prepare ingredients, assist Line Cooks, and keep the prep area organized.

No experience required; a positive, team-focused attitude and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and bend for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and follow kitchen safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients per recipes and company specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized prep area
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Support Line Cooks and kitchen team for smooth operations
• Label, store, and rotate food items per standards
• Assist with cleaning, dishwashing, and restocking tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned
