JDK Management Company is seeking a Line Cook at Perkins’ legacy-inspired kitchen in Mason, OH. You will prepare menu items according to our standards, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and collaborate with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a great guest experience.

No prior experience is required, though you may have line cook experience. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, speed, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but previous line cook experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
