The Lenox in Boston is seeking a full-time Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will prep ingredients, cook to precise temperatures and maintain clean stations while upholding food safety standards.

Collaboration with a tight-knit team is essential to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of fine dining experience, strong communication, and comfort working evenings and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of cooking experience in a fine dining, high-volume kitchen.
• Specific experience cooking meats with temperatures.
• Proficiency in a wide range of techniques, cuisines and kitchen equipment.
