Job summary

The Lobby Bar at Quirk Hotel in Richmond, VA seeks a dynamic Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will work directly with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to execute daily station prep and line service for The Lobby Bar and Q Rooftop.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of casual fine dining or serious interest in growing a culinary career, is passionate about cooking, self-motivated, and organized.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
• Minimum of 3 years in culinary fine dining, banquet events, hotels and resorts

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily station mise en place and line service for The Lobby Bar and Q Rooftop.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to maintain quality and consistency.
• Assist with on-premise events and seasonal menus.
