Cambria Hotel Washington D.C. Navy Yard Riverfront is hiring a Line Cook for Croix Rooftop. You will plan, prep, and set up food production across F&B outlets, maintain safety and sanitation, and contribute to menu development.

Strong culinary skills and attention to detail are essential, with weekend availability required. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager - Supervisor, offers $23.00–$25.00 per hour, and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen with a focus on quality

Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience required.
• Experience in menu planning and development.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete various production and preparation tasks.
• Ensure production equipment is working and report issues.
• Refer guest problems to supervisor or executive chef.
• Prepare and arrange food according to recipes.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and kitchen cleanliness.
• Coordinate activities for efficient service and kitchen flow.
