Paco’s Tacos and Tequila in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced line cook to join our fast-paced Tex-Mex kitchen. You will run your station, prep menu items, and maintain quality and sanitation standards in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality food production, presentation, service, and sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Willingness to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Run your station efficiently during the shift, follow specs, and stock food as needed
• Prep and prepare all menu items for your station
• Portion all products and follow recipes
• Follow sanitization standards and keep work area clean
