Condado Tacos is hiring Line Cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will perform light food prep, assemble tacos, and help keep the kitchen clean while working in an energetic, assembly-line environment.

We value teamwork and speed, with daily tips and growth opportunities. Must be 16 or older, reliable transportation, flexible schedule, and available for nights and weekends; passion for tacos, tequila, and beer is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to apply (Supply Market requirement).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Keep the kitchen clean with daily and weekly cleaning checklist.
• Ability to be flexible with schedule.
• Be willing to work nights & weekends.
• Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer.

Responsibilities

• All food is made with Pride & Care.
• Kitchens are kept clean.
• Communication with other teammates is key.
• We make our shells and chips daily, so you will be using fryers and other typical kitchen equipment.
• Fast assembly and accuracy, tight and organized.
• We all wash dishes, prep food, and we all work the line!
• Come in everyday ready to multitask and move fast!
• Other duties as assigned
