Caviar & Bananas - Ashley Avenue in Charleston, SC is seeking energetic line cooks for our rotating, scratch kitchen. You will work across charcuterie, cheeses, salads and made-to-order dishes in a fast-paced setting.

We close daily at 3:00 PM and are not open on weekends. Candidates must have at least 1 year of line cook experience, excellent knife skills, and the ability to multitask while serving high volumes of customers.

Qualifications

• Strong knife skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Comfort handling high-volume customer interactions and ordered foods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, salads, meats, and cheeses for rotating menu items.
• Work across charcuterie, cheeses, salads, and prepared dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and speed in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Assist with portioning and made-to-order foods as needed.
