You will join Ingo’s Tasty Food, a Hi Noon Hospitality concept, to support a high-volume, scratch-focused kitchen. You’ll cook across salads, sandwiches, burgers, and more, following recipes for consistency and quality.

We’re seeking reliable team players with strong multitasking and time-management skills, comfortable with long shifts and weekend work. Food handlers’ card or ability to obtain is required before first day.

Qualifikationen

• Prior kitchen or line cook experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong multitasking, timing, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and cooking best practices.
• Availability for days, nights, weekends.
• Must have food handlers’ card or ability to obtain prior to first day.

Aufgaben

• Execute high-volume plating and preparation with speed, precision, and presentation standards.
• Follow recipes to ensure consistency in taste and appearance across salads, sandwiches, burgers, and more.
• Read and prioritize tickets; adapt to modifications quickly and accurately.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, storage, and sanitation protocols.
• Uphold kitchen cleanliness at all times—work surfaces, equipment, and common areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver efficient, quality service.
• Flex into roles across stations (hot line, cold side, prep, etc.) as needed.
• Remain calm and professional during peak and event-driven periods.
