Qualifications

• Basic knife skills required.
• Ability to interact positively with team members in a friendly, energetic manner.
• Must have a Nevada Health Card.
• Thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
• Prepare food per Kitchen Manager recipes and menu items.
• Plate foods according to guidance from Kitchen Manager.
• Coordinate with servers to complete orders promptly.
• Wash and clean kitchen and utensils; store equipment after shifts.
• Ensure kitchen operations and hygiene meet safety standards.
• Record fridge and line temperatures daily.
• Daily cleaning of equipment like refrigerators, flat tops, fryers; clean hard-to-reach areas.
• Cross-train in Prep Cooking and take on responsibilities as needed.
• Store food orders as they arrive.
