Responsibilities

• Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
• Prepare food from recipes and menus.
• Plate dishes per Kitchen Manager guidance.
• Coordinate with servers to meet guest requests quickly.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils daily.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Record fridge and line temperatures daily.
• Cross-train in Prep Cooking as needed.
• Put away incoming food orders.
