Collaboration with the Kitchen Manager and staff is essential to keep service running smoothly. Candidates should have food safety knowledge, be able to stand for long shifts, and be flexible with hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finish hot and cold menu items.

• Follow recipes and production standards for consistency.
• Communicate inventory needs to Kitchen Manager/Management.
• Ensure sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen and surfaces.
