This fast-paced, hands-on role requires pride in your work, teamwork, and the ability to maintain quality and efficiency during busy service. You’ll prepare and cook menu items, manage stations, and follow Hibachio’s safety and presentation standards.

We value reliability and a strong work ethic. Training is provided; opportunities to advance to Lead Cook or supervisor positions as we expand our locations.

Qualifications

• Must follow recipes and procedures.
• Fast-paced restaurant environment familiarity beneficial.
• Willingness to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Hibachio recipes and standards
• Work efficiently on the grill, fryer, and other kitchen stations
• Maintain proper portion sizes, presentation, and food quality
• Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
• Follow food safety, sanitation, temperature, and handling procedures
• Complete assigned prep work and restock ingredients as needed
• Communicate with other kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep orders moving
• Help maintain a clean kitchen, including equipment, floors, work surfaces, and storage areas
• Follow Hibachio uniform, attendance, and workplace standards
• Assist other team members when needed to provide fast and accurate service
