Job summary

Taqueria 287 in Midlothian, Texas is seeking a Line Cook to join Hibachio LLC's kitchen. This fast-paced, hands-on role requires pride in workmanship, teamwork, and maintaining quality during busy shifts.

You will prepare and cook menu items per Hibachio recipes, operate the grill and fryer, manage stations, and keep a clean, safe workspace. Training provided for the right candidate to grow with the team.

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Hibachio recipes and standards.
• Work efficiently on the grill, fryer, and other kitchen stations.
• Maintain proper portion sizes, presentation, and food quality.
• Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, temperature, and handling procedures.
• Complete assigned prep work and restock ingredients as needed.
• Communicate with other kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep orders moving.
• Help maintain a clean kitchen, including equipment, floors, work surfaces, and storage areas.
• Follow Hibachio uniform, attendance, and workplace standards.
• Assist other team members when needed to provide fast and accurate service.
