Job summary

Hawkers, LLC is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will execute dishes with speed, precision, and consistency, following standard recipes and maintaining a clean station while coordinating with BOH teammates.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of kitchen experience, ability to work evenings and weekends, and a willingness to obtain a Food Handlers Certification. Opportunities for growth toward lead cook and kitchen leadership are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of experience in a full-service or fast-casual kitchen.
• Willing to obtain a Food Handlers Certification.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with Asian cuisine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items to order following Hawkers’ standard recipes and plating specifications.
• Maintain par stock levels and scale production based on volume.
• Rotate products using FIFO principles.
• Log and discard items past use-by date per safety protocols.
• Wash and handle raw foods in accordance with safety standards.
• Operate and maintain fryers and report equipment issues.
