Responsibilities include executing recipes, portioning ingredients, operating kitchen equipment, and ensuring proper temperatures. The role requires strong communication, physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, and flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute recipes according to Tatte standards and maintain quality.
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, weighing, and mixing.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Ensure correct temperatures of appliances and food.
• Set up and break down workstations for upcoming shifts.
• Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and quality requirements.
• Support chefs with culinary tasks as needed.
• Other related assignments as necessary.
