Beyond Catering is hiring a Cook to prepare meals to high-quality standards and keep a clean, sanitary workspace. You will cook to order by following provided recipes and uphold our standards.

Responsibilities include learning station roles, following prep protocols, maintaining portions, restocking, and ensuring every dish meets quality before serving guests in dine-in, takeout, or drive-thru scenarios.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and positive attitude.
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain Food Handler certificate.
• Must work to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn the positions: Beef, Pizza, Broiler, Cafe/Salads & Prep.
• Follow recipes and food preparation processes (cooking, seasoning, grilling, chopping).
• Maintain portion control and monitor food levels on the line.
• Prepare quality food meeting Buona standards.
• Ensure all food is made properly before serving to guests.
• Restock food line and comply with health and safety standards.
• Be speedy and accurate in fulfilling orders and handle waste per procedures.
• Interact with guests with urgency for dine-in, takeout, or drive-thru.
• Wash cookware, clean equipment, and sanitize as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
