Torchy’s Tacos is hiring Line Cooks for fry, grill, sauté, steam, and taco assembly in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You’ll master multiple stations and contribute to high standards of flavor and presentation.

Qualifications

• Must meet state and local Food Handler’s certification.
• Certification(s) must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location.
• Previous experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prep ingredients on grill, fryer, sauté and steam stations per Torchy’s recipes and standards.
• Monitor quality and presentation to ensure each taco meets our Damn Good standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work station with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with BOH team members to ensure timely, correct food preparation.
• Assist with stocking and organizing ingredients to set up for service.
• Operate with urgency during peak hours while preserving food quality and presentation.
