Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen is preferred, with training provided.
• Strong reading and writing skills for recipes and notes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to quality and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for each shift.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards in handling, storage, and disposal.
• Assist in inventory management and rotate stock as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
