Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions effectively.
• Comfort with fast-paced environment and physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, walking).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and maintain sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to quality and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock stations for the shift to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and notifying management of low items.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, sanitary and ready for use at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
