Ideal candidates will speak Spanish, have experience on a line station, and understand proper food safety, storage, and sanitation. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to communicate during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Spanish language ability is required.
• Experience on a restaurant line station.
• Knowledge of food safety, storage, and sanitation.
• Ability to follow recipes and communicate during service.
• Sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate food according to recipes and ticket standards
• Set up, stock, and break down your station each shift
• Monitor quality, portioning, and timing during service
• Communicate with expo, prep, and other cooks to maintain flow
• Follow temperature logs, labeling, and sanitation procedures
• Support kitchen cleanliness and side work completion
