Original Roadhouse Grill is seeking a Line Cook to prepare, plate, and garnish hot appetizers and entrees. You will read POS tickets, follow recipes, and ensure food safety and sanitation.

The role reports to the Restaurant Manager and requires maintaining hygiene standards and clean work areas. Responsibilities include setting up the line, rotating stock via FIFO, labeling and storing prepared items, and assisting with salads or prep for the line as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to read tickets and follow recipes.

Responsabilités

• Sets up work area, equipment and utensils.
• Reads tickets processed through the POS system.
• Prepares items ordered through the POS system according to recipe book.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Rotates products according to FIFO principle.
• Covers, labels, dates and stores prepared products.
• Maintains high standards of personal hygiene in compliance with local health ordinances.
• Cleans work area, stores utensils, disassembles and cleans equipment.
• Follows all health, safety, sanitation and security standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
